Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners manages over 600,000 square feet of office, retail, medical buildings in Southeastern North Carolina and South Carolina. The property management division is headed by Chuck Lydon, John Lennon and Grayson Powell, all of whom are partners with the firm.
Chuck Lydon has been in the commercial real estate industry for 45 years and has been involved in property management for 30 plus years of that time. He has overseen many different property types including office, retail, condominium developments and commercial property management associations.
John Lennon entered the property management field in 1990. He has served both in the commercial and multi-family property management arenas and has also worked as an asset manager with Insignia Financial Group. He has experience with financial workouts and asset repositioning.
Grayson Powell began his real estate career in 1987 and has been involved in property management for seventeen years. Having worked for Landmark Commercial, Inc. for nearly 13 years, he has been involved with numerous property types that include industrial, warehouse, office, medical, retail, and property owner associations. He serves as the managing partner for Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners, LLC.

Property Management CoordinatorMs. Harris handles day-to-day activities and coordinates tenant and owner interaction. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Sarah has been in Real Estate since 2004 working in both property management and commercial real estate development.
Dianna Burkett
Property Management ~ FinancialsDianna has a Business Administration degree with a minor in Psychology from East Carolina University. She was previously a licensed real estate agent and has a broad range of financial property management experience, including investment rentals, community and homeowner's association's management.
Paul Benton
Property Management SupervisorMr. Benton has been in the business for 20+ years and working in his present position for 10 years. He does everything from plumbing to sheetrock, floors and electrical. He is Class II CFC certified and has an Aquatic & Grounds Applicator License for Retention Pond Maintenance.
Ozzie Nelson
Property Management ~ Grounds and MaintenanceMr. Nelson has been with the company for 9 years and in similar businesses for over 15 years. He is in charge of all ground maintenance for Sun Coast Properties. He has a Universal CFC Certification with a Locksmith License.
