About Sun Coast PartnersColdwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners was founded in 2005 as a firm that could meet the challenges faced by larger companies when property acquisition was necessary to meet their immediate and long term goals. Our company was founded on the principal that each client deserved the highest level of service and dedication possible. This has become the pillar of our firm and resonates in every facet of the company from the top down.
Coldwell Banker Sun Coast is more than just a commercial real estate company. It is a source of ideas and innovations dedicated to keeping Wilmington, North Carolina and the surrounding areas competitive in attracting new businesses. It is a place where experienced brokers mentor new ones, guaranteeing that the company's future will hold the same values that it was founded on. Most importantly it has and continues to achieve its primary goal of providing the highest service and standards to corporations and businesses of all sizes.
This level of dedication and service has accelerated the evolution of the company. The division of property management has experienced substantial growth, doubling in size in just a few short years. The company became squarely focused on growing new partnerships, becoming members of the International Council of Shopping Centers and took an active role in the Wilmington Business Development's plan to jump start commercial growth within the area. These efforts culminated in 2009 as CBC Sun Coast Partners became the number one overall Coldwell Banker Franchise in the entire state of North Carolina. During one of the worst real estate markets in the history of the United States, the firm consistently ranked as one of the top three franchises in North Carolina.
In the months and years to come, Coldwell Banker Sun Coast will continue to see new growth into emerging and expanding markets throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. New brokers with specialized backgrounds such as retail, industrial and land are being integrated throughout the company, strengthening the firm's ability to serve as consultants for clients in their investment strategies and long-term planning. Construction management, long considered a strength of Coldwell Banker Sun Coast, is forecasted to experience renewed growth as local economies continue to gain momentum. Overall, the strategy of the partners of CBC Sun Coast continues to be their dedication to forging new relationships, remaining a source of unprecedented commercial real estate knowledge, and achieving a high level of client service that is unmatched in the industry.
